Microbiome Gas Sensors
Sensors for H2, H2S, CH4, N2O, and NO
TSE initiated the use of microbiome gas sensors that reflect metabolically interesting gases in combination with indirect calorimetry. Sensors for H2, H2S, CH4, N2O, and NO are used to monitor the activity and contribution of the host-microbiome. New compound-specific (e.g., acetone) opto-acoustical sensors for aldehydes, ketones, and free fatty acids can be added for advanced monitoring of host metabolic dysregulation in the ppb range. (Optionally, we also offer real-time mass spectrometry integration).
