BioNomadix Wireless Wearable Physiology
Smart Center
The BioNomadix Smart Center is a digital interface that connects to a low power USB port and is powered over USB. The Smart Center can record data from up to three transmitters. An additional I/O port allows eight digital input channels to be recorded synchronized to the data from the transmitters. Two status LEDs indicate the status of the communication to the computer and acquisition progress.
Accessories
BIOPAC provides a full line of accessories for its BioNomadix line of wireless, wearable physiology recording solutions. Accessories include transducers, TTL I/O interfaces, straps and stretch mesh shirts for attaching transmitters, and the BioShirt which contains a respiration sensor and fabric electrodes to wirelessly record both respiration and ECG while ambulatory subjects move freely and perform tasks in short or long-term studies.
Electrode Leads
BioNomadix wireless transmitters and Smart Amps use short leads placed close to the signal source to provide excellent signal quality for biopotentials…ECG, EEG, EGG, EMG, EOG or NICO. The leads are lightweight and flexible.
Logger Systems
The BioNomadix Logger allows researchers to record data from any of the dual-channel wearable transmitters. The Logger provides a color display for visual feedback, speaker for auditory feedback, vibration for haptic feedback, voice journal for participant comments, event markers, alarms, and a built-in accelerometer. BioNomadix Loggers wirelessly record data for transfer to a computer running AcqKnowledge for data analysis. Available physiology signals include: ECG, EEG, EMG, EOG, EGG, EDA, Pulse, Respiration, Temperature, Impedance Cardiography (NICO), Strike Force (Heel-Toe), Clench Force (Dynamometry), Goniometry, Torsiometry, and Accelerometry.
Transducers
Transmitter-Receiver Amplifiers
For use with MP200/MP160/MP150 systems. Transmitters can also be used with Smart Center or Logger
